Georgina Deschaine
Case manager, Chiropractic assistant, Softwave Tech, Marketing Manager
Georgina La Deschaine is our Marketing Manager and Head Softwave Technician. She is also cross-trained as a chiropractic assistant, case manager, scribe, and in the front desk, so you will likely see her floating around the office. She is one of the office’s crazy optimists and energy balls. Outside of patient care, she puts together fun educational marketing events, choreographs all of our crazy social media skits, and handles all marketing inquiries. She serves at the Rock Church as a worship leader and is the events planner for the young adults ministry. She loves athletics and works in the sports ministry on the Umaine campus through FCA. She is also a state record-holding and national-ranked powerlifter. Georgie loves making memories with her husband, friends, and family and truly cherishes her position at Riversedge Wellness.
Tiffany Sanborn
Office Manager, Lead Biller & Coder
Tiffany Sanborn is our Office Manager and Billing/Coder for Riversedge Wellness. Tiffany is the glue that not only keeps us organized and running but spends hours a day fighting with insurances on your behalf. Despite all of the business going on in her office, you can always expect a bright smile and warm hug from Tiffany. She goes above and beyond for her patients, community, church, and family. Tiffany is a loving wife and mother to four children, and her favorite cat, Gizmo, counts as a fifth. The three C’s of her life are church, camping, and concerts, all of which bring her joy and fill up her free time.
Whitney Holmes
Case manager, Lead Chiropractic assistant, Procurement Officer
Whitney Holmes is one of our Case Managers and patient educators. She will help empower you with knowledge and guide you through the chiropractic new patient process. Whitney is also our Procurement Manager and is on top of keeping our office stocked with everything we need to serve you. She is trained in Softwave, is our lead Chiropractic assistant, and is also trained in scribe and front desk. Whitney cares deeply and is incredibly passionate about her work. Some other things that make her who she is include her love for God, her family, and her friends. She also serves by going on mission trips and pouring into her town. Whitney enjoys sports, coaching, being outdoors, and you may catch her in a Grinch outfit nearing the end of the year. Her love for the Grinch must not be confused; she loves Christmas.
Kathy Shorette
Biller Coder
Kathy Shorette is one of the backbones of our office. She has been working and supporting all the practices that have been in this building for over 35 years. She knows the ins and outs of this business as she has served the offices that predated us. Riversedge Wellness is lucky to have her wisdom, and we always know if there’s a problem, Kathy can solve it. She is just as quippy as she is wise. She’s the mother to four children. She is incredibly invested in her community and in the Holy Families Parish Church. Kathy has a heart of service and somehow balances all the craziness of the billing office as well as pouring into every type of service through her church. She keeps us in line and is 100% our backbone.
Emily Richard
Chiropractic Assistant
Emily Richard is a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant at Riversedge Wellness, known for her joyful spirit and unwavering commitment to her patients’ recovery journeys. With a natural health certificate and a deep passion for holistic health that began in her teenage years, Emily is well-versed in nutrition and has expanded her knowledge in iridology, anatomy, and physiology. Outside of her professional life, Emily cherishes spending quality time with her family and is actively involved in her church, where she supports young adults and students. She values her close-knit friendships and enjoys playing volleyball with friends. A travel enthusiast, she has explored Germany and various destinations across the country, always eager to embrace new experiences. Emily loves the outdoors, particularly hiking, and enjoys the balance of nature in her life. Fluent in two languages, she brings a diverse perspective to her role. Her genuine love for her patients shines through in every interaction, as she not only helps them on their healing journeys but also takes the time to learn about their stories. Emily is truly an integral part of the Riversedge Wellness team, where her passion and dedication make a difference in the lives of others.
Anthea La Grange
Front Desk
Anthea La Grange is the friendly face of our front desk at Riversedge Wellness. Known for her exceptional organization and strong work ethic, Anthea is a compassionate team player who thrives on supporting and serving others. Currently a student at EMCC, she is pursuing a career in billing and coding, combining her passion for helping people with her dedication to professional growth. Originally from South Africa, Anthea brings warmth and kindness to our community. She is a devoted wife and a proud mother of two adult sons, cherishing every moment spent with her family. An avid animal lover, she finds joy in caring for her pets, and her interests extend to gaming, which adds a fun twist to her downtime. Anthea is also committed to giving back, volunteering faithfully at her local food pantry. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, with a particular passion for bicycling. A regular attendee of The Rock Church in Bangor, Anthea’s vibrant spirit and genuine love for her community make her an invaluable part of the Riversedge Wellness team.
Otis La Grange
Fan Favorite
This is Otis, the newest and cutest member of the Riversedge Wellness Family! You can count on him to be sitting on Tiffany’s desk staring out of the window or tearing through the halls with his toys. He’s a big lover boy and finds himself very happy in the arms of all the patients or he may harass you with the end of his tugging rope, no in between. Otis’s main job is to bring joy and peace to the office, even with his puppy outbreaks.
